The phrase, Grand Dame, therefore, refer to a legal title of a "great lady" whose accomplishments have been recognized by the highest authorities. 

The hotel has a total of 35 rooms (4 suites,30 Standard Rooms and 1 Standard Room specially made for the physically impaired). The standard rooms have a floor area of 25 square meters and 30 square meters for suites.

Iloilo Grand Hotel

Iloilo grand hotel, a standard class hotel that provides room accommodation, function room use, food service, and other services is a business venture of four successful entrepreneurs, having their own specific field of interest.
     

      Iloilo Grand Hotel has a total of 107 rooms available to accommodate guests. The hotel also has 21 function rooms for banquets and special occasions. The hotel also has three restaurants which provide guests sumptuous and mouth-watering dishes. Among the other services provided by the hotel include, car rental services, safety deposit box, secured basement parking, massage service and spa and fitness center.




Club Ilonggo
      When the hotel started, Club ilonggo was a restaurant-nightbar catering to the younger generation, providing rave and party music and even live bands. However after a few months, the management decided to convert club ilonggo into a function room. Now club ilonggo serves for parties, dinner events, product launches, seminars and training, and other functions.




Iloilo Grand Palace Cuisine
      When the hotel started, Iloilo Grand Palace Cuisine was better known as “lumpia House”. It was partly owned and managed by Mr. Tony Co. Lumpia was a lessee and paying monthly rent to the hotel. It was a sort of a branch of Mr. Co’s Lumpia House in Cebu, which was a popular Chinese restaurant. Before its first year anniversary, lumpia house was absorbed by Iloilo Grand Hotel by November 2004. the name Lumpia House was changed to Iloilo Grand Palace Cuisine. All previous employees of lumpia house were also absorbed by the hotel. The hotel also purchased all the equipment and machineries of the Lumpia House, majority of the equipment and machineries of the hotel were brought down to the kitchen of Grand Palace except for permanent fixtures that could not be removed. Now Iloilo Grand Palace is still serving Chinese cuisine and continues to bring in a large number of clients, most of which are Chinese.

Pasalubong Center

      The Pasalubong Center is one of the newest additions to the hotel. It is also a lessee similar to Acropolis. It pays monthly rent to the hotel as well as for its use of utilities such as electricity as well as water. The pasalubong Center caters mostly to hotel guests who are not from Iloilo The center sells Ilonggo delicacies and products as well as souvenir items like t-shirts, key chains, and other trinkets.

      Iloilo Grand Hotel, like most businesses also has its pool of corporate clients. These clients are those loyal clients that most of the time hold their functions or utilize the hotel’s room or avail of the hotel’s food service. These clients range from government agencies to business establishments and even private individuals. These clients are given a corporate discount of 10% upon the availing of then services of the hotel upon request.

      Currently, the hotel is approaching its fourth year of operation and still continues to attract a large clientele network aside from the already established clients through the provision of unique services that are not found in other establishments. Despite the current conditions of the economy, the hotel remains steadfast in achieving its goals.
